La Sella Spa Circuit
Relax and enjoy – start the circuit with a refreshing shower and then head to the sauna area with laconium, hammam and dry sauna. Next, try out our cold zone, which features a cold chamber, cold plunge pool and ice fountain, ideal for revitalising your body and boosting your sense of well-being.
Next, immerse yourself in the hydromassage pool where the pressure from the water jets provides a relaxing massage. Continue with a cyclonic shower, which alternates between hot and cold water. These contrasting temperatures stimulate blood flow and circulation.
Relax in the outdoor hydromassage tub and then end your circuit with a cup of herbal tea on our terrace or in the relaxation room.
